- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the safari date or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Changes to Bookings:
- Changes to bookings (e.g., date or time) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Any changes requested within 24 hours of the safari date will incur an administrative fee.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees incurred during the payment process will be deducted from the refund amount.
